Student declaration

 

Immigration Office or Mobility Department

A document to verify student status/Certificate of Obuda enrolment

Registrar’s Office

Invitation Letter

Mobility Department

Duty stamps (in Hungarian: illetekbelyeg)-Administrative fee 18.000 HUF (60 euro)

Post Office

Grant agreement

 

Latest bank statement (indicating an account balance sufficient to cover your living expenses

Your bank

Proof of health insurance - any health insurance valid in the territory of EU

Your health insurance company

Linguistic knowledge may be verified by:

-          a language certificate in proof of language proficiency examination,

-          an official diploma in proof of studies in a foreign language,

-          other reliable means.

 

Certificate of accommodation in Hungarian and English:

-          Dormitory certificate (stamped and signed by the management);

-          Proof of student hostel(stamped and signed by the management);

-          Lease Contract, which should contain your and your landlord’s personal data (ID Card /Passport number, mother’s maiden name), the  exact address (postal code, city, street/square/road, house number, floor number, door number), period of stay (definite/indefinite time) and signatures of two witnesses.

 

Evidence of rental payment

 

Accommodation Reporting Form signed by legal owner(s) of the apartment or from Dormitory official (for those students that live in dormitory)

Mobility Department and/or Immigration Office

Certificate of property ownership (a document in proof of ownership of the residential property, in the form of abstract of title issued within 30 days to date, in Hungarian: Tulajdoni lap)- only for those students that don’t live in dormitory

Landlord or Land  Registry Office

After collecting all the documents students should submit these to the Immigration Office.

Tuesday: 13:00 – 18:00

Wednesday: 08:30 – 12:00 (exclusively for students)

Thursday: 08:30 – 13:00

Friday: 08:30 – 12:00
